Before you begin
- Your Android TV / Google TV is connected to the internet.
- You can open the app store on the device.
- Your activation email has arrived and contains the required account details.
Step-by-step setup
- Finish the device’s Google account and network setup, then install pending system updates.
- Open Google Play and install a compatible player that supports Xtream Codes credentials.
- Open the delivery email on a second device so the details are easy to copy.
- Create a new playlist or user profile and enter the server, username and password.
- Save, wait for the initial sync and confirm live playback before changing player settings.
Common setup problems
The login is rejected
Re-enter the details without extra spaces. Usernames and passwords can be case-sensitive. If you typed the server address manually, confirm the full address is present.
The player keeps loading
Restart the router and device, test another network if possible, and turn off any unnecessary proxy or VPN. A wired connection is usually the most stable option.
Your email has not arrived
Check spam and promotions folders, then contact support with the email and order reference used at checkout. Never place a second payment only because delivery is delayed.
