Before you begin
- Your Amazon Fire TV / Firestick is connected to the internet.
- You can open the app store on the device.
- Your activation email has arrived and contains the required account details.
Step-by-step setup
- Connect the Firestick to the television and complete Amazon’s initial Wi-Fi setup.
- Open the app store and install a compatible IPTV player that accepts Xtream Codes or an M3U playlist.
- After your order is activated, open the delivery email and copy the username, password and server address exactly.
- Choose “Xtream Codes API” in the player, create a profile, enter the delivered details and save.
- Let the first channel and programme-guide sync finish before testing playback.
Common setup problems
The login is rejected
Re-enter the details without extra spaces. Usernames and passwords can be case-sensitive. If you typed the server address manually, confirm the full address is present.
The player keeps loading
Restart the router and device, test another network if possible, and turn off any unnecessary proxy or VPN. A wired connection is usually the most stable option.
Your email has not arrived
Check spam and promotions folders, then contact support with the email and order reference used at checkout. Never place a second payment only because delivery is delayed.
